Sweet corn vegetable soup

Ingredients:

  1. Sweet Corn - 1 Cup
  2. Corn Starch or Corn Flour - 2 tablespoons
  3. Carrot - 1, chopped to small pieces
  4. Green Peas - 50 g
  5. Cabbage - handful, shredded
  6. Broccoli-1/4 cup,chopped into pieces
  7. Beans - 6, chopped into small pieces
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
Method:

1.Mix corn flour/corn starch with little water nicely without any lumps
2.Cook the sweet corn in 2 cups of water till it is soft & set aside.
3.Boil all the other vegetables in 1 cup of water with a pinch of salt & keep aside

4.Take 1/4 cup of the cooked corn and grind it in mixie or blend it to a paste adding little water
5.Heat the pan, add the boiled vegetables,corn puree and corn.Keep the stove in low heat.
6.Then add the corn flour mixture and mix nicely.
7.Add salt and pepper as per taste
8.Remove from stove, garnish with chopped cilantro and spring onions(if you have) and serve hot.
